What numbers are your favorite?

Personally, I like 2, 6, 7, and especially 8. Don't know why. :/

I really have no idea how one determines this, but whatever. :colbert:

I have no particular feelings about numbers.

12 was my number in high school sports. I otherwise don't have a favorite.

It sounds trivial, but my favourite two numbers are 7 and 4. Strange. I don't particularly like the number 3 or 8. I know. I'm a strange person.

I forgot to mention 666 as being a favourite of mine, if only because of the novelty of finding a book with over 666 pages, or you happen to come across the number somewhere. I love that. Other novelty numbers include 123, 321, 999, 789...

I know. I'm very easily amused.

2, 9, 11, 12, 21, 39, 48. No logic to any of them...

I like 3 and 7, mostly. I dislike even numbers and tend to favor odd numbers.

Ah, yes, 666. I also like 420 and 1337 for similarly obvious reasons.

Relevant to 666-likers - this is an actual gravestone in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Odd numbers generally make my skin crawl. Primes are often worse with the exception of two. Even numbers are fine since they divide evenly by two, though I have a preference for powers of two over anything that when divided by two results in an odd number. Ten isn't too bad though since we use base ten math. I also enjoy the fibonacci sequence more than I should because spirals are nice and Lateralus.

0 easily.

When I get a 0, it usually means I've done my job correctly.

69 was kind of underwhelming, but maybe we just weren't doing it right. Regardless, it still is a pretty fantastic number :monster:

Also I agree with Vivi about Lateralus.

I have always been fond of 8. I also like 13, and 21 (which is 13 and 8 added together).

Because I am OCD or something I also like any number that ends in zero. And especially any number that ends in two or more zeroes, because it looks more balanced for some reason.

I love i, e and π. i because it's cute, e because it is your friend in calculus and differential equations. and π is delicious and fun.

ϕ is another golden choice.

Numbers do fun things. If you add up the first n odd numbers, you will get n2.
