All of this pancake talk has made me hungry for pancake's trendier cousin, Crepe.

What kind of crepes do you like?

At then RenFest they have this crepe stand. They have ham, swiss, and mushroom. It makes my mouth water.

For desert crepes, I like chocolate syrup and powdered sugar on them.

I'm a man. I'm not into no skinny pancakes.

CREPES <3

I get a little confused, because what you guys call crepes are just pancakes here. What we call crepes here are pancakes with non-dessert fillings that are after-baked in the oven (often with some cheese on top).

Yeah they're just called pancakes.

Had some for dinner. They were delicious!

Crepes are the thinking man's pancakes.

I prefer pancakes.

Crepes are pretty good. :D

There is definitely a distinction between crepes and pancakes though. When I look up a pancake recipe, I find one for crepes - which are thin. I have to specifically look up scotch pancakes to get the pancake I want - the thick ones.

Crepes are pretty good. There's a place at the mall that makes crepes called Crepe Ape.

My brother called them Creeps before I had to correct him. xD

Babe said he wanted to make pancakes when I was visiting and I became puzzled because he started making crepes and I said "those aren't pancakes, those are crepes!" and then I got in trouble and had a Swedish talking-to for being too American :(

Crepes are amazing. Strawberries, cream cheese whipped topping and powdered sugar, please!

I've only had caprese crepes and strawberry crepes, but I loved them. I would eat crepes more but the last few times I was near a creperie I couldn't stop myself from walking past to a sushi bar.

Yeah, in NZ they are simply called 'pancakes' and over here in Scotland they are 'crepes' and it's just annoying because I had to get used to them over here and I know I'll have to do the same when I inevitably move back to NZ someday.

I adore them, but the only way I really like them is with lemon juice and sugar. The more of each, the better.

I'm with BoB. Crepe suzette 4 lyf.

As an English traitor, I can confirm that pancakes and crepes are different.

I equate the crepe to a white castle burger.

People like the idea of being able to eat 6 of something and still be good to go for more.

That is a very biased picture. The first lot don't have anything on them, and they aren't even rolled up! See Chris' picture above for a far superior image (even if I'm not sure I'd like those fillings).
