This message popped up in the bottom right corner of my screen as soon as I submitted a rep point. I believe there were more words in the sentence but I had initially ignored the text thinking it was a normal thank you message (I don't know why as those usually hover in the middle of the screen), but when I looked down I didn't have time to read the text to the end.
