Although I have to admit that I'm not half as excited about the real series movie release as I am for the new season of DBZ: Abridged. :jess:

Never heard of it until just now. It's not something I follow too closely but I'll watch the show when it's on TV. Unless it's by Team Four Star then I watch it pretty closely. How many movies have they made now anyway?

I thought it was pretty half-arsed, I honestly cannot stand the new animation style for one and the story was a bit, lacking. Bills was pretty classy though.

They made one about Bardock being the first normal Super Saiyan and defeating Frieza's ancestor, Yo! Son-Goku and his friends return which introduces Vegeta's brother Tarble and Battle of Gods now.

The animation doesn't look that different to me from the old series. Just more polished.

Here I was expecting another live action film. And while that would be fucking atrocious, I almost kind of wish it was, if only to laugh at how bastardised it is. I've never really gotten into the dbz films or whatever; I just stuck to the main series and that did me fine.
