I used to play Solitaire whilst I was on the phone to customers at the bank. It was far more entertaining than listening to them whine about charges.

Hell yeah! Just got 5949 points by completing a game in 132 seconds. Didn't even go through the entire deck before winning the game! :D

How did you jump up 5249 points with just a 13 second improvement?

You have your score, then your time. You get a time bonus, which is added to your score to give you your total. My total for the OP game was around 5280.

Several years back, one of my friends played Solitaire obsessively and got the perfect lineup so he could beat the game in under 20 seconds. He sent me a picture, but it was on my old laptop.

Got a great fix for that sort of thing. Fold some paper into a needle with a hook on the end, and go to town. Works like an absolute charm.
