As a kid/teenager I hated crab sticks and most kinds of fish. Now I find crab sticks don't actually taste that bad and some fish is pretty tasty.

I used to hate cream cheese on bagels, but I love it now. New York Bagel Shop used to be my favorite food-hangout in high school.

I used to despise peanut butter but now I regularly put it on sandwiches. :D

I used to hate veggies and some grown-up food, but then I love those carrots and broccoli and even mushrooms.
It's amazing of how my tastebuds evolved to get use of natural foods.

It's funny, when I was very little (say 3 - 7) age, I really loved sausages, but then for some reason I found them disgusting when I was around 8 or so. Then, a few years back, I tried them again and they were nice!

Maybe my tastebuds were on strike.

When I was 6, I loved squid. Now that I'm 26, I still love squid. I'm not a very complicated person.

I can understand that you hated bacon. Bacon is disgusting, and the only acceptable bacon to eat is of the turkey kind.
