1. Red XIII, so I could discover what it's like to have a completely different anatomy.
2. Cloud, so I could do things with Tifa.
3. Tifa, so I could do things.
4. A chocobo, same reason as Red XIII.
5. Laguna, so I could hang out in the Shumi Village learning about the Shumi Tribe and hanging out with Moomba.

Kinda running out of ideas after that. I wouldn't mind being any character in any game if only to explore the worlds - particularly in XIII/XIII-2, so I could explore Pulse, which seems like so much more of an adventure than any of the other worlds (due to it being a kind of 'lost world').
