Love art? Love Yoshitaka Amano? Live in Tokyo? Then you should go check out a showing of some of Amano's work in a wonderful free show. The event has been named "Amano Yoshitaka Exhibit: 20,000 Years of Illusion" and is running until the 11th of May at the Shinjuku Island Tower, South Tower, B1F, Aqua Plaza.

If that wasn't enough, you can also purchase some of the pieces during your visit too and they're said to be giving out some posters to those who visit. Nifty!
Of course, this isn't exactly great news for those of us who aren't fortunate enough to live in Japan to go and see it... for FREE, but if this event is popular, there may be a chance it could move into more galleries. In fact, I'm very surprised it isn't something that happens more frequently, as this is an art showing I would really be down for going to see!
So are you jealous of those who can see this? Would you want this show to come to your local gallery?
