Ok here's the deal. I'm thinking of a game I played on PC sometime around 2003, maybe 2004 at the latest (if not released those years, it wouldn't have been made much more than 2 years earlier). Except I can't remember what it was called. So help me out! Here's the sparse details I can remember:
-It played not unlike, but not exactly like, The Sims.
-It was set in space, you had some sort of pioneer outpost settlement setup I think.
-The characters were preset, and each had their own jobs they were good at, relationship values with other people, etc.
--There was an old? woman who everyone liked.
--You could make androids that had a limited lifespan.
-There was some sort of weed that would spread rapidly if not dealt with. You burnt it out with flamethrowers.
That's all I remember. So help me out and tell me what it is I'm remembering. :I
