Of the wall kind. Are you walls adorned with any posters? Which posters are they?

Mine used to be covered in music, videogame and skateboard posters and pictures but when I first moved out my parents took everything down.

Not since I moved out of my parents house years ago. The only one I have to hang up now is the FF one from here but I want to get a frame for it first.

At college this last year, we had our walls covered. We only had a few white spaces really (we thought it would be fun to cover our walls completely). The only thing I contributed was a poster for Day of the Dolphin because my roommates and I found the tagline "Unwittingly, he trained a dolphin to kill the President of the United States." I also created a small silent hill poster with a picture of Cheryl and asking if someone had seen my daughter.

I'm not a big fan of posters. Back when I was like 15 I had a tonne of them around my room.

At the moment I just have my Avengers movie poster which is above my shelves and drawers. I don't like them too much, I'm growing into a 'pictures should be framed' phase. So if I have any posters now, I'll have them framed first. I think they look nicer like that.

When I was in NZ, I had a posterboard I made use of. It generally was covered in hot celeb laydeez and motorbikes.

I don't have any posters on any walls anymore.

i have a framed Doctor Who poster. I also have an MC Escher poster and a few gaming posters. A couple of my drawn stuff are also on my wall. That's about it. I used to have my wall covered with those posters from Nintendo Power, but they're down and put away.

I used to have more but they got kinda messed up across moves. I'd like to get all of my posters framed because I think it looks nicer and they last longer. Right now I have a print Nighthawks (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Nighthawks_by_Edward_Hopper_1942.jpg) by Hopper and Starry Night Over the Rhone (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Starry_Night_Over_the_Rhone.jpg) by Van Gogh framed in my bedroom.

I have a fair amount of art in my room, and my house is chock full of pop culture posters. One of my roommates was addicted to buying Mondo posters (http://www.mondotees.com/POSTERS_c_12.html), which are printed in very limited runs and end up going for hundreds on eBay afterwards. I don't have any rare stuff, but a fun combination of stuff I bought or got printed myself.

Digging up some pics...

Living room with Mondo Star Wars posters by Olly Moss and a map of the Zelda overworld by Bill Mudron

Big version of the Zelda overworld poster:

Some more of those Mondo posters, which are now hung in various places

There are about 10 11x17 posters on one wall of my room. You can only see a few in this pic.

Framed posters are really cool, but I find unframed posters to be really tacky. I prefer to get real pictures/different forms of wall art.

I haven't had any posters up since I left my mom's. A shame really as I think they've since all been destroyed/binned. I used to have a lot of autographed posters including ones from Lost Prophets, Disturbed and Marylin Manson (a friend obtained that one, I myself never met Marylin until much later). I also had a fair few gaming posters and the as expected "guys room posters" such as girls, bikes and cars.

Once I decide if I am going to continue living where I am for the time being or whether I wish to move out to a new place first I might invest in some posters/prints but only when they have frames to go with them. I doubt I would go get music posters any more I'm more interested in artistic prints/posters now.

I have no where to put my posters :( All I have is wall art and adult stuff. The posters just don't fit D: If I get an office in a new place that's where all mine will go.

Eh, I'll be fine to take down everything but the set lists tbh, cause they're special.

I'm 35. If i still had posters on my wall I'd be the subject of a documentary entitled 'The REAL Billy Madison'.

Unless they're framed. Framing anything makes it instantly adult.

If she makes you take down the setlists, we'll have words. They will include "That's not fair!" and "Pleeeeeeease?" and "Hrmph."

EDIT: The last time I had posters on my wall was in college. I had this poster up (http://www.hollywoodmegastore.com/Images/1605_Jim_Morrison.jpg) my first year in college because I was born 30 years too late. After I destroyed it by accident, I switched it up for this one (http://imgc.allpostersimages.com/images/P-473-488-90/10/1011/8JJW000Z/posters/clint-eastwood.jpg) because I was born 40 years too late.

I don't really have posters at home, but in my cubicle I have a collection of xkcd comics, Dinosaur Comics comics, and other random printouts. I also have my name in twelve different languages, my favorite quote ("Science is the belief in the ignorance of experts"), my Erdos number (4), and a newspaper clipping of how a former psychiatrist of mine was revealed to be faking his psychiatric degree (and faking a gynecological degree!) and was thrown into prison for 4.5 years and given a 170,000 shekel fine for taking sexual advantage of his female patients.

I have some hot fantasy babes on my wall, and I recently got a Mass Effect one to join the ranks. I'm going to need a bigger room/house to start fitting all this stuff on there. Maybe I should make a wallpaper out of posters!
