Got a beta invite, have some questions

So I got my beta invite this morning. It's terrible timing as I have to play 4 shows this weekend (one in about 2 hours), I have a very involved gig to prepare for for next Friday and 4 more shows next weekend as well. I'm having to actively pry myself away from jumping in headfirst.

So I have some questions before I get going. First off, how many characters can I create? I really only want two. Basically one for me and one for my wife. We messed around in character creation remaking our old FFXI characters while squeeing violently. I didn't finalize either character because I figure, it being a beta, there is a limit on characters created and I'm uncertain if I'd be able to easily delete one and create another.

Also, is there a server where I'm more likely to see some of you guys? Is there even any server choice? I didn't look poke around enough to find out on my own.

Any tips?

You'll only be able to play with one character at a time, obviously, so you and your wife won't be able to play together with just the one key. You can, however, make multiple characters on one account (you just can't log in with them simultaneously).

Moogle is the server for EoFFers at the moment, but once Sargatanas opens up ("Test Two" of Beta Phase Three, so probably a week or two away) we'll all be going onto that, definitely.

When you're in and have finished a quest or two, remember to take the time to look at the bottom right of your screen for a Social Lists button and add Loony Bob, so I can remember to add you to our Linkshell.
