I found marshmallows the size of my hand.

So the next logical step was to make smores.

They were the most delicious smores I've ever had.

Subject: marshmallows. Discuss.

I like marshmallows for making rice crispies and also for burning on a fire.

And in hot chocolate. But the mini ones.

Dear, Sarah.

I know it seems like I'm going against you at all turns (which I am), but S'mores are truly, truly, disgusting. My cousin made some the other day, and I felt ill. It almost felt like I was about to die. The nauseous feeling was overwhelming, and I could feel my soul slowly dying. I don't know how else to describe it, but I can truly say that I have never felt that sick in my entire life before, and I am certain that I will never eat another S'more in my entire life. The taste. The nasty crunchiness. The softness. The blandness. The disgusting feeling. It's just all too much for me to handle.

Poor Reno.

I can dig a s'more once in a blue moon. But then it's too much sweet and I wanna gag. I'm just not a huge sweets person anymore. Unless alcohol is involved.

My mom used to use marshmallow cream in her fudge, but since my dad had his stroke and developed type 2 diabetes, she's adapted it so that it's completely sugar & marshmallow cream-free. And it's the bomb diggity.

I absolutely will -not- eat marshmallows straight out of the bag though. Uh uh. Not doing it. And yes, I do like little mini marshmallows in my hot chocolate, but again, actually drinking it is a rarity for me.

I made my own smores a few weeks ago using rich tea fingers. I just put the marshmallow on the bottom and a square a chocolate on the top and grilled it.

Are you Satan? Why do you hate happiness? Why do you hate everything good in life? You have replaced Huxley as my arch-nemesis, and it is you who need to be destroyed.

Yeah, sweet crackers would be exactly what I would call them to describe them to someone. From what I can see, you guys don't have graham crackers! That's nuts! The closest thing I've found seems to be a digestive biscuit (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digestive_biscuit), which sounds silly to me, but it looks like a round graham cracker and would probably taste all the same.

Put some little chocolate squares on one of the biscuits, toast a marshmallow and put it on the other, COMBINE BOTH SIDES and thank me afterward.

those are graham crackers. the most common ones i've seen have a honey-ish flavoring to them (i.e. they're sweet)

i want some now actually, it's been forever

*giggle*

I nearly suggested Wasa Crackers but they're too dried out and ... -not- flavorful. And I think it's Australian thing? In spite of them having them here in the U.S. now?

No, marshmallows by themselves are disgusting. I agree with everything Chris wrote, and I should not even have suggested otherwise.

Chris you would be an amazing contestant on Survivor

Seriously with all the live tarantulas dipped in cow blood and stuff that they make the contestants eat I have no doubt that you'd put everyone else to shame as you downed all of this stuff with gusto
