Is amazing.

I love asiago, manchego, ricotta, mozzarella, monterrey jack, colby, queso fresco, cotija (essentially mexican parmesan), parmesan, pretty much all of them except maybe Gorgonzola. It's too strong. Blue Cheese I can take in small doses, though.

Seriously. :colbert:

I love a good bit of cheese. Don't like the strong cheeses so much, but it is all good. :3

I've been into soft cheeses lately!

Marscapone is a fav.

I've been wanting to try making tiramisu, but I can -never- find stupid mascarpone or lady fingers. I think I'll have to go into Publix and check -them- out.

Cheese flavored ice cream? Is that even real? You know, though... He may be onto something. I bet like a mascarpone/tiramisu type flavored ice cream would be yummy. Or maybe with sweetened ricotta & chocolate chips like in a cannoli? That cheddar cheese business, though... No way.

Cheese used in/as desserts is actually pretty common, so I don't know what these bitches are bitching about.

I had a marscapone ice cream a couple of weeks ago when BoB visited. It was delightful!

I like my ice cream how I like my ponies. Sweet and sugary, maybe sometimes a little fruity. Cheese does not belong.

I do like a nice mix of cheeses with some cheesy biscuits though :)

Cheddar cheese is a main ingredient in my favorite dessert:

Macaroni Salad.

Pasta, condensed milk, cold chicken, cheddar cheese, cream, (sometimes raisins), and pickled fruit pieces.

That... is not dessert.

Not a dessert, bro.

Even though it's a fairly normal food, and sounds good, he still classifies it wrong making it somewhat disgusting.

My mother makes the most wonderful cheese ball. Mmmmmm..... If she leaves it alone with me, I will consume the entire thing by myself.

CHEEEESE. I absolutely love them! I actually slice Colby-Jack cheese into small squares and eat them while watching a movie, gaming, etc. And as much as I love a good pasta, you can never have too much cheese on them. :>

Cheese <3 A nice old cheddar is <3 Piave is pretty smooth too. And goat's milk brie! :D

Also, Chris is right *twitches* cheddar isn't uncommon to put into desserts, especially paired with apples. Like in an apple strudel. It is pretty fucking delicious.

I saw cheddar ice cream and reconsidered my planned post of I love cheese on everything.

That's not true, I do not like cheese on, in, or around ice cream.

I like cheese on cheese appropriate foods.
