To continue with the feel-good threads on EoFF lately, I wanted to start us making a list of things that makes us blindly happy or things that makes us feel wonderful. You should post detailed things not just "KITTIES AND PUPPIES" because kitties and puppies make everyone happy. Here are some of mine:

1. Having a sunburn that's peeling really nicely.
2. Every single morning when my grumpiest, least friendly dog throws herself at my door until it opens, then jumps on my bed and makes me cuddle her for a good ten minutes.
3. Being the first person to scoop peanut butter or cream cheese.
4. Jumping into a body of water when it's very, very hot out.
5. Having my little cousin tell me I'm her best friend.
6. Driving when you've gone long periods without being able to do so (your car is in the shop, etc.
7. The first time you and your significant other say "I love you" and it's not just infatuation anymore.
8. When your best friends take offense when you're slighted, not because they're necessarily offended, but because someone was being nasty to you.
9. Doing the same for your best friends. Solidarity feels pretty amazing.
10. That first day you feel significantly better after being really sick, and you really appreciate your health.

46. Listening to an old record by your favourite band and finding it's still really flippin good.
47. Being able to hug someone else's cat or dog, which deserves mention because it truly is wonderful if you are in a situation where you cannot have your own pet.
48. Going to the freezer to get some vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate ice cream and finding that there is still chocolate left. Score!
49. Blurting out the same thing, at the same time as a good friend does.
