This frustrates me. 2x in the last 2 weeks, I've muffed up what I was trying to cook.
I've never made something that legitimately tasted bad before. -Never-.
I tried making this Texas Chili recipe that I found online and it was so bitter it wasn't consumable.
And then I tried making Coq Au Vin Blanc (I've made regular Coq Au Vin, before), but the pot was really bad. And it burned the chicken through and through.
I know everyone goes through "cooking fails" in their lifetime, but I never have until now and I'm legit like not wanting to cook anymore. It's been pretty traumatizing. I've been cooking since I was like 16 yrs old and have never had a cooking fail before. And what really angers me is that I wound up wasting a lot of food in these endeavors.
