Vendata is The Monarch's father. Nothing else can explain the photo shown earlier in season five.. Dr. Mrs. The Monarch takes seat #1 from the Guild of Calamitous Intent and uses that power to dismantle it from the ground up. Gary puts an end to Kevin and TimTom's reign of terror and claims his rightful title as "The Viceroy", eventually obtaining his own arch.
