Which kind is better?

Which kind is better? Is this a serious question?

Not that I even understand why someone would buy ice cream from any fast food place in regions that Dairy Queen exists.

Dairy King is like, an hour away from me. I do get it sometimes on my way to Denmark's though.

I worked at Wendy's when I was a kid when they first introduced vanilla frosties. I'll never go back to chocolate.

YEEEEEEEEEES.

Chocolate's okay. But one day I wasn't in the mood for chocolate so ordered vanilla instead. My god. It's amazing.

Vanilla. I like both, but I prefer vanilla. I do not, however, prefer Vanille.

Vanilla is my serious answer. DQ Blizzards are my even more serious answer.

You are all insane.

Chocolate, only chocolate, and also chocolate. Vanilla has been and always will be simply a medium to deliver other flavors and toppings.

and I'll dip my fries in it all I damn well please, thankyouverymuch!!!

Did anyone try the flavors they had when Wendy's was trying to add stuff to the Frosties? It didn't work that bad, but eh.

Mine and my daughter's convo yesterday:

Parker: MOM! Did you know Ronald McDonald has a -girlfriend-!?
Me: Uh what? He does? What!? Why and how do you know this and -WHO IS IT-!?
Parker: Uh, Mom. Her name is Wendy. You know... From Wendy's. That girl with the red hair. DUH.

I nearly died.

I actually tried to join my local hipster club. They said if my fat ass could fit in skinny jeans, I could be in. I knew it would be a tight squeeze, and I almost got the pants up to my waist, but they pushed me over and started to cry, because laughing wold be expected. The worst part was that I fell down nearby stairs that was littered with PBR cans and record players. At the bottom of the stairs was a bunch of VHS tapes which I cleverly used as makeshift ninja stars to break out of the club.

So yeah, weird day, but whatever.

Oh, and they later learned that I had a vanilla frosty, so I was allowed in.

Off the topic of frosties and onto the topic of Wendy's in general: I legitimately think that Wendy's is underrated, as far as chain fast food establishments go. Their chili is pretty bomb.

Their spicy chicken nuggets off of the dollar menu are frackan amazing.

Chocolate is the correct answer.

Of course, Frosties are only justified if you get Wendy's food and are too lazy to make a second stop for dessert.

Furthering off-topic: if you knew how their chili was made, you would never eat it ever again.

Wendy's, I quite like, actually. Their chicken salads are off the hook.

I also love their baked potatoes. They always give me a ton of extra sour cream when I ask for it without charging me.
Sometimes I'll go through the drive-thru just for this if I've forgotten sour cream at the store. Yes. I will pay the $1.50 for the potato, but I'll get around $3 (in restaurant cost terms) in free sour cream.

Their fries have gotten really good too, though.

Oh, it's not that bad. :p If you say that, you could just say this for any restaurant ever, because all restaurants are pretty damn disgusting.

They take all of the meat that's been sitting out all damn day that hasn't sold and they boil it in water for a little bit. Seriously, there's just this little bin that they toss the leftover hamburger in. Unrefrigerated, just sitting there. And then meat-water stew? Think about that for a moment.

Then, they mix in the chili stuff and let it sit in the fridge for three days to absorb flavors before serving it.

I wouldn't touch it with a ten-foot pole.

Chocolate. I used to dip my fries in it too lol.

Unrelated somewhat, but I live within 3 miles of where the original Wendy's restaurant was. It was right in the middle of downtown, but due to its placement and how old the building was, it wasn't getting enough traffic, even in the middle of a busy street like that. So it got torn down.

The Wendy's headquarters, as I understand it, is in Dublin, OH, some 15 miles from here. It's near the Columbus Zoo.

I have a mission for you.

Go to Frisch's Big Boy.

I require and Big Boy Burger and a jar of tartar sauce. Not for eating together.

That is all .
