You do realize that both the trailer itself and the video's name on YouTube say it's fan-made, right?

Plus, a Winter 2013 release of a newly announced game is rather unlikely.

I think if Half-Life 3 were announced, there would be little else on the Steam homepage.

of course I however did not see the date and I never for a second took it as a official announcement. but I still thought it was kinda cool, and Freeman with the Gravity and portal gun at the end that would be pretty sweet dual wielding those.
