i'm not that much of a grinch once december hits. but it's august and christmas is 4 months away! there's still the all-important halloween (and for americans, thanksgiving) to get through before we should be thinking about christmas :mad2:

edit inb4vivi: oh yeah i guess canadians have thanksgiving in there too

THANKSGIVING!
ZOMGZ

I can't wait for Thanksgiving.

I will cook enough food to feed like 45 people and we will have leftovers 'till... The week after. 'Cuz Jay will eat it all.

Screw Halloween. My kid won't be able to hang with me that night it's on a weeknight ... Kid's got school the next day.

This it's not even close to Christmas. They should make a law that nothing Christmas can be celebrated til after December the 1st.

Aha, I got a Christmas catalogue through the mail yesterday, and even funnier, I've seen Christmas cards already in card shops. WHAT.

I don't really see that as that big of a deal. People are starting to buy gifts now while certain things are cheaper. If you're making crafts, you start now.

I'm all for people buying gifts in anticipation of Christmas for deals and stuff (heck, it's forward thinking), I just don't want Christmas themed stuff this early.

It's always Christmas if you want it to be.

We already got christmas themed books at our shop..but still hiding them in the storage room. But people are actually already buying calendars and diaries for 2014. I don't really think about christmas yet, but I can't deny...it's getting colder

We've got Christmas stuff up already at my store. I don't mind terribly. I used to, but the older I get, the less I can be bothered to care.
