Problems with their forum

Ok so I decided to visit their website and went to log on, logging in worked fine but that's where I encounter the problem: it wants me to set a character and wont let me use the forum till I do so, and no matter how many times I try, it simply reverts back to the character selection screen.

Anyone else encounter this problem?

It happened to me once when I didn't select my character properly. How are you selecting it? I can't check at work but I'm sure there is a certain bit that 'lights up' when you select your character.

It lights up fine, then when I click save changes it just reloads the screen, I thought it might have something to do with firefox at first, so I tried it on chrome and IE and got the same result.

Edit: its working now for some reason, guess it must have been a bug.
