Did anyone know where to find REAL XBOX or PS3 emulator?

I'm very desperate to find one. Most of the website that I found was fake. Whether it's XBOX or PS3 emulator. When I need to download BIOS, it always end up to endless survey. I've tried to find XBOX or PS3 emulator in nearby Computer Programs store (well sort of). But no store have it. I really want to play Final Fantasy 13 sequel so I can play it my self. If anyone have found real emulator that actually work. Can you post the link? Thanks :)

PS3 emulator does not exist, and you should know why. If you by "XBOX" mean Xbox 360, the same applies.

Them not existing might explain why every page you visit is trying to trick you.
