She has a pet raven, curses Aurora because she wasn't invited to a party, summons a giant forest of thorns, blasts lightning at everyone, turns into a raging dragon, and totally would have gotten away with it too, if it weren't for those meddling fairies!

Madame Medusa is the most cruel Disney villain, I mean, she tells a poor orphan girl that no one would ever want to adopt her because she's too ugly and no-one could love that, then throws her down a hole to dig for gems. Heartbreaking.

She is not my favourite villain though, that prize is shared between Gaston and Ursula for me. :}
