Super important question!

If you aren't wearing anything except a hat, are you considered naked?
What if you are only wearing socks and shoes?
Or socks and shoes and a hat? An extra sock on your c---

When is a person truly considered 'naked'?
Is it only when genitalia is in the open, or is there more to it?

Are you only truly naked when you are only wearing your skin?

I need your answers. For... research.

I think it's just semantics. There's a lot of ways to answer that.

It's not as if you have to give a super short answer and leave a lot up to imagination. You can just say "I'm naked except for the shoes I'm wearing" and they'll get the point.

Let's just say someone asks you if you're naked and you have to give a quick yes or no answer. If you're wearing a hat only, just go for the yes. What the person's really asking is "Is your junk showing?".

You are naked if you are not wearing articles of clothing that cover the majority of your body. Wearing socks, gloves, hat, shoes, whatever - you're still naked.

I think as long as you've got your peen and you booty covered (boobs too, if you're a girl), then you're not naked.

What if you've got everything covered except your butt and peen/vag? Like the pants little chinese kids wear.

Then you're exposing body parts.

Continuum fallacy - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Continuum_fallacy)

Assless pants wouldn't be considered naked unless they also had no top on.

What's the difference between nude and naked?

If you pose nude, you're classy, but if you pose naked, you're a Disney whore. Duh.
