I just found Anna Scouten, who has quite a few nice covers published. I first heard her First Day of My Life cover (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_aQNY83nzJU) as background music in another video and thought it was a professional studio recording. Now she has an album out with the help of crowdfunding!

Jayme Dee is currently my favorite YouTube cover artist. I used to hate Pumped Up Kicks by Foster the People, but Jayme's cover made me fall in love (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OFktc7IFvPM). I first came across her because of her Toxic cover (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y_O7hRuhoP0&list=TLloVSKrsrpEpSylmR97Ntw92OLginCaNI), which is equally as great. And Lennon and Maisy, of course! I cannot get enough of these two girls. They just floor me with their cover of Call Your Girlfriend (Robyn) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7_aJHJdCHAo). They're getting a bit big now and were featured on the show Nashville with a cover of The Lumineers' Ho Hey (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ceYtOlmImNE).

I love Lennon & Maisy. They're soooo good.

They're part of the main cast of Nashville. They play Rayna James's (Connie Britton) daughters!

Julie Anne San Jose. Some of her stuff isn't that great, but overall her voice is killer. She's got a couple of singles out in the Philippines now. Plus she's my bf's goddaughter.

I like Madilyn Bailey and Savannah Outen.

Boyce Avenue are pretty good too, but most of their covers are very samey now.
