Ughhhh I need this. Like now. I haven't had a good bioware-like experience since well bioware of mass effect 3. They are really the only games I get into. I neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed it. It needs to be out already. I also need it to be out for current gen cause i'm poor and can't get next gen for a while.

I don't believe that was "leaked". I watched that video a few weeks ago, but it was a lot clearer and easier to hear the announcer. Which led me to believe a bit more official. But either way, there is a much better version of this video available lol I try not to get too psyched for this game since it's still about a year away :( I did that with The Old Republic, watched videos and read updates all the time, and it got old that I still had to wait forever. By the time it had finally came out I'd lost interest :/ But I will agree, BioWare games are some of the only games I ever feel truly invested in

I haven't yet complained about it here, but I will refuse to play this game if it requires Origin, and that makes me sad, because it will.

This looks beautiful. I'm surprised we have half an hour of gameplay footage here already and it's release date is fall 2014. I'll just try do my best to unsee what I've seen. :|

It will only be available on Origin and not on Steam.

Considering that Dragon Age 2 was specifically pulled from Steam and hasn't returned, I just have my doubts.

It'd be cool if it appears on both, though.

Well every EA game since Origin's introduction has required Origin so...if you're not planning on picking this up for the PS4/XB1, prepare to start-up the Origin client.

Tbf, Origin has gotten alot better. They even allow refunds (which not even steam does). I hate the fact that you still can't gift properly (atleast since the last time i used it). But whatever, it's up to you :p

Looks beautiful and a lot of fun. Do you think I would need to play DA2 before this one?

Well it's hard to say for sure without knowing more, but it seems like everything happening is a direct result of events that happened at the end of Dragon Age 2. My guess is you'll be able to understand the plot just fine, but you'll be mega spoiled. If you plan on finishing DA2 ever you should probably do it before playing Inquisition. If you're one of those who have tried it and really didn't like it then I think you'll probably be fine. I recommend playing it though because it's great :v

I played DAO and DA2 for about a combined total of 2 hours. I dunno, they never really got me the way Mass Effect did. Controls in DA felt really clunky to me.
