For example: Yar's Revenge. Good lord Yar's Revenge. It is the year of our lord 2013 and I can sit down and spend three straight hours playing this game.

Adventure was pretty great. One of the only games I can think of where you literally carry a tunnel around with you!

What I remember about Yar's Revenge is it came with a comic book or some kind of really in-depth manual that gave it a story and stuff, right? And then you play the game and you're a bug that shoots beams. It didn't make a lot of sense to 6-year-old me.

Best game: Barnstorming (video game) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barnstorming_(video_game))

I honestly can't remember if I've played any Atari 2600 games. My family had an Atari 7800, but it stopped working/we lost the rf cable for it when I was pretty young. I've always wanted to play Yar's Revenge, though.

I will add that I know I've played updated iterations of Atari 2600 games, I just don't know if I've ever played the actual Atari 2600 versions.

Asteroids, Black Widow, Pong and Tempest. I told Asteroids it couldn't beat me because I'm an American and the game's speed increased.
