Pretty straight forward question!

I am most definitely Sriracha. Not only am I crazy for the Rooster Sauce, but I think I exemplify what it is like to eat Sriracha:

At first you kind of hate my. I might initially taste good, but they you realize that I've got this crazy bite and I'm just too much for you for a long time. Over time, you're able to handle a little bit more of me in small doses. In the end, you love me and want me on everything. Even though there are some things I will just never taste great with, I am pretty awesome.

Hhmmm.. I'd be flat-paddle cactus maybe. You've gotta use a knife to scrape off my spines, but once you do and I'm cooked up, I'm delicious.

Or I'd be a tamale! The corn husk is inedible but once you unwrap me I'm soft and steamy with spicy salsa and other stuff on the inside. And my filling is usually a surprise- including how spicy I am.

I'm not very good at this. Damnit.
