Ultima Weapon Card has any uses at all? is it important to get?

Ultima Weapon Card has any uses at all? is it important to get? it is dropped by Elastoid or Tri-Face, 6.2% drop rate. I am wondering if its worth it to get or not. I know that u can refine Ultima weapon card to Ultima stone but is that good?

You only get 1 Ultima spell per stone, so not a huge return on your investment. Wouldn't say it's particularly great from a refining point of view, but obviously important if you want to complete your card collection.
