You can quick travel in Balamb Garden!?

You know that map in the middle of Balamb Garden that you show Selphie like fifteen minutes into the game? Did you know if you come back to that map later and click on the rooms it'll take you there automatically, cause I sure as hell didn't until just today.

Yes! Very useful and makes it less of a pain in the ass to run around.

Like ToriJ, I simply liked to walk around Balamb. It was small enough that the quick travel didn't really make things that quicker. Plus, I'd always try to play Triple Triad with someone.

I remember on my second playthrough of the game as a kid my mind being blown when I realized you could quick travel, though.

Either you can only use it once ever or it's only usable for a short amount of time, I forget :(

Once the Garden starts moving, it's actually quicker to travel to everywhere except the dorms via your feet because the extra zones disappear. I still ran to the dorms anyway because fuck it Squall needs his cardio too

It can only be done for a short amount of time, sadly. I don't recall at what point you lose the ability to fast travel but you don't have it for very long.
