It's really hard to choose, but I'm going to go with Metal Gear Solid. I probably should vote for Ocarina of Time, but MGS has always been a personal favorite of mine. I used to play it almost daily for a short time when I was pretty young, even to the point where my parents banned me from playing that game because they thought I was too obsessed, haha.

Of the games listed, I'd say it's a close call between Metal Gear Solid and Ocarina of Time.

I'm gonna go with the latter though. The things Nintendo managed to achieve with that game (it's over 15 years old now!) were truly phenomenal.
