Does any one else have frozen/packaged meals or follow recepies that say "Serves Two" all to themselves in one sitting? Has anyone ever eaten a "Serves Four" or more?

Whenever I get something that says "Serves Two" I'll usually eat it all in one meal and feel like a heathen glutton

I ate a whole pack of frozen party nibbles (there were like 50 of them)

Yes. So many times. All day. It's terrible.

I only do it if I'm alone though. If my bf is around, I'll give him most of it on purpose so that I don't pig out and eat the whole thing.

I can't say, since I've never once looked at serving recommendations for anything in my life. I easily can eat an entire pizza, though.

I usually find that food companies are quite stingy with their portions, probably so they can list lower calories, fat, salt, etc on a per serving basis. A 500ml bottle of coke is classed as two servings but I bet not many of them are drank over two servings.

Does anyone here actually think that 1/2 or 2/3 of a cup of cereal is a reasonable serving size?

Of course, the worst food for preventing people sticking to the suggested number of servings are these awful creations:

That and also Walkers Sensations. Chicken and Thyme. My word.

I ate a serves 4 lasagna all by myself once. I routinely eat 1 and a bit pizzas (mind you, Australian pizzas are slightly smaller than American ones). I used to brag about my eating ability a lot because I am a stick and eat like a sumo but after being in the US I realise that your "serves" are fucking ridiculous anyway. No wonder most of your population is fat (Australians have no excuse).
