Has anyone here ever played Brave Fencer Musashi for the PS1? It's an action role-playing game that was released back in 1998 and is currently available on the PlayStation Network. I only ever played the demo from PlayStation Underground which had three levels on it. All of them was very fun and challenging. I need to get the full game some day.

Discuss.

Didn't it have a sequel on the PS2? I think I played that sequel for an hour or so when a friend brought by the dorm room one day. It was pretty fun.

I've always wanted to play Brave Fencer Musashi.

Yes it does. Musashi: Samurai Legend is what it's called. I never played that one.

I picked this up right around when it came out and never met anyone else that's played through it completely. The ability absorption system is similar to the Kirby games which I loved. Of course when you figure out that when you get that beam of light attack from that little prick samurai you meet about half way through, every other skill is useless by comparison.

The Dance Dance Revolution boss is quite a challenge; she set me back a few days.
