Homemade Pizza

I recently made my own pizza from scratch. Took a (gluten-free) crust, put sauce on it, added cheese, pepperoni and some spices, stuck it in the oven and it came out fantastically if I may say so myself :cool:

Overall it was a pretty standard pizza. But I'm sure some of you guys have made amazing non-standard pizzas. What do you put on your homemade pizza?

my homemades are pretty generic

I use shrooms tomatoes onions sweet peppers and usually swiss cheese, but i sometimes mix in bluecheese or parmesan. I also sometimes put carrots in the topping, not a lot though.

Made an awesome pizza base. The recipe stated that the dough would be enough for two medium pizzas but it could make like two large. We had two large pizzas with different things on. I forget what they were but it was amazing. I should really do that again soon.

I've made pizzas. They're okay. Make a dough, add some tomato sauce, some mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Then I usually just do pepperoni. I like a lot of meats on my pizzas but for some reason I find it gross on a homemade pizza. Oh and sometimes Italian seasoning.

I attempted a homemade pizza once. The four key ingredients were ham, cheese, mushroom and disappointment.

I will never attempt it again.

I make a pretty decent jerk chicken pizza with mushroom, carmelized red onion, and either shredded provolone or mozzarella.

The only pizza I've ever made at home was a low carb version made out of coconut flour, flax meal and cheese as the base, more cheese on top, tomato sauce, red onions, sausage, pepperoni and basil:

I like homemade pizzas with goat cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms and onions. So tasty and delicious and super easy.
