Did anyone watch the first episode of this the other night?

I think it has the potential to be really good. I liked the casting for all the main parts, even D'Artagnan who I thought looked a bit weedy beforehand. I loved Tom Burke as Athos and Santiago Cabrera as Aramis was perfectly cast. The episode was pretty predictable though so I'm hoping that improves as the series goes on. I liked the whole style and setting of it too so I'll definitely stick with it through all ten episodes.

I'm still fuming at the BBC for cancelling Ripper Street, but this does have me intrigued so I might have to give it a look in...reluctantly.

Well, episode 2 was pretty smurfing awesome. I don't think they could have cast the main characters more perfectly. Jason Flemying does a fantastic turn as the villain of this episode. It did a great job of throwing you off track about what you thought was happening. The end of the episode was great as well. Really excited for next week!
