The fan favorite Final Fantasy rhythm game is returning in Final Fantasy Theatrhythm: Curtain Call. Not only are Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn and Final Fantasy Type-0 songs being added, so are a bunch of new modes to play the game in. Sqaure Enix released a new trailer showing some of these new modes off.

A few recognizable tunes are heard in this trailer such that will be featured in the game like Garuda’s primal fight theme from Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, Hunter’s Chance from Final Fantasy IX, Waltz for the Moon from Final Fantasy VIII, and more. At 1:08 there is the theme for Final Fantasy Type-0 even!
At 1:22 you can see the new method on how to acquire rhythm points, versus mode, and a little bit of the quest medley. Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call will be released in Japan on April 24, 2014 for Nintendo 3DS. No news as of yet for a NA or EU release yet but it shouldn't be far off.
