Favorite Minor Character Voices

So besides the main party and the important antagonists/villains, which characters did you think had the best VAs?

I went over Dona in my Dona thread and Maechen in my Maechen thread but I've also always had an appreciation for Lucil (http://youtu.be/A6X4PDwPCco?t=12m50s) and I think she was one of the more memorable minor NPCs in the game.

Outside of Dona and Maechen the only one that really comes to mind is Cid, so I'll say Cid.
