We are holding a friendly competition to see who can come up with the funniest, wittiest FFX/X-2 screenshot in honor of the recent re-release!

Do you like your Final Fantasy witty and humorous? Are you good at quickly editing photos to get a laugh? Do you love winning tangible awesome SE-related prizes? This is the contest for you!

Submit your screenshots here in this thread to be eligible, or you can email them to eoffevents@gmail.com - there is no limit to the amount you can submit! We'll have a round of favorites voting, and a prize will go to the winner! Note: The entries will be used for a compilation on our frontsite, so if you would rather not have your entry listed there, please let us know.

It would be super awesome if the text could reference Final Fantasy somehow, but it is not a requirement.

There are only three rules:

The image used must be from FFX or FFX-2 (original or re-release; does not matter)
Must be an original creation of your own
No explicit content or forums filtered words

I just used MS Paint, made a black box. Used the text tool and made the box fit my black box and typed in it. :)

Okay, awesome. I'll see what I can do. I still don't get the area code thing though. What's the point of that?

It's as if the person on screen is texting the message on their phone to someone else. They are probably primarily US area codes for phones. It's just random OOC texts from people paired with FF images that could match up with what the message is :D

It surprises me that people aren't familiar with Texts from Last Night. It's one of the greatest things ever xD
