Do you have a vehicle? If not, how do you get around? Bus? Tricycle?

Discuss your transportation. Any weird stories you have about public transport?

I walk pretty much everywhere, otherwise I take a train or catch a lift from someone. I haven't ridden a bus since school but that's most because trains and walking have been more convenient for me.

I have a 2002 Toyota Corolla. It's on Google Maps Street View if you know my address.

My favorite form of transportation is airplanes and I loooooove flying.

I currently have a 1998 maroon Toyota Carolla VE. 5speed and has AC, that's all I ask for. I would like to get a early to mid 90's Toyota truck sometime soon however.

When I'm home I use my dad's second car, a 2008 Envoy since my brother crashed my car:

And for work and such I use the metro quite frequently because driving in NYC is pointless, costly, and difficult.

'07 Ford KA. I love my little car. He's only done 8,000 miles in his 7 year life because the previous owner barely drove him. Yes, he. :jess:

I don't drive. When I'm not walking I'm either riding in my dad's truck or my mom's Ford Mustang.

Public transportation or on foot. If I have to go somewhere far, I usually get a ride.

I have a white 92 Honda Accord that isn't ver reliable lately, so mostly sharky drives me places.

A 2005 Hyundai Elantra. It's quite serviceable.

My last (and first) car was a 1995 Lexus ES300, which I loved and had for 9 years. RIP. :(

My previous car was a '95 Mitsubishi Lancer that Shorty once told me made her think I drove a... dickhead car(?) or something of the ilk. In any case, my brother stole that car for the second or third time and wrote it off so I no longer have that car. RIP Ellie.

I drive a champagne-coloured 2004 Holden Commodore Executive, which once belonged to my dad. His new job provided him with a car, and that means his new job accidentally provided me with a car too. ;)

El Spuuko and I have a very sensible car, which is the nicest car we've ever had. It has excellent mileage and a great sound system, which meets both of our criteria.

The only real gripe I have about our eleven year partnership is that he let his younger brother claim ownership of their grandmother's mint condition Plymouth Duster. You know how some little old ladies just drive from their house to church and back for sixty years? That's Spuuky's grandmother. This car is amazing. It was our wedding car, and whenever we are in it, we get multiple offers of people wanting to buy the car. It's the greatest car I've ever seen ;_;

It's also definitely red, and not orange.

I don't drive, never had much desire to. I ride around on this bad boy:

I recently bought my girlfriend a Peugeot 206 though, which I occasionally get a ride in.

Neither photo is mine, but both are identical to what we own.

I dont have a picture of mine but it's this make and model though mine is a different colour. I like it but theres little/no suspension and you can feel every bump in the road (only a problem for passengers because I've gotten use to it). Also the airconditioner is busted.

I'd really like if it had bigger wheels so it wouldnt skid so easily on wet surfaces or scrape across the ground when I have too much weight so I could install roof racks and take it on road trips.

While that probably means you catch the bus, I'm much happier thinking you drive a bright red double decker around.

It'd be a huge waste of money for me to own a vehicle, since everything is too close to justify driving. I stick to walking and the proletariat chariot (transit).
