What's your preferred schedule?

Then I go and vote for the wrong option! :irked:

I wake up at 3am every day without fail, and go to bed at 7pm every day without fail! :ffviwag:

(I work the 4am-noon shift, to explain the craziness)

Depends on how tired I am when I get home. Sometimes I'll just go to sleep and stay up all night, other times I'll get to sleep at a good hour like a regular person. On weekends I can also take naps in the day and be fine to sleep at night or just sleep the entire time except for eating and excreeting.[1]

When I have work I'm awake at 6.30am, and at the weekends I usually have a lay in unless I need to get up to do something. The latest I'll sleep until is 10am, no matter how late I went to bed. I usually wake up before then, though.

Generally I'm awake from like ~10am until ~1am, but that varies depending on whether I have work and how tired I feel in the evening.

I prefer waking up early (around 4-5 am when i work at 6 am) because then I have the rest of the day to do anything I want or need to do after I get off work. When I have the day off and don't have appointments, Peter usually wakes us up around 8 or 9 am anyway, which isn't as much time to get things done as I'd like, but i usually need that extra sleep on my days off. 40 hours a week of work for a preggo momma of a toddler is exhausting!

I get up in the 6am hour for work, but on the weekends my internal clock gets me up between 7am-9pm.

On weekdays I get in bed around 9 or 10pm but end up staying awake much longer. Weekends are a wild card for going to sleep.

I want to sleep at 9 but tend to go to bed at 1. I want to wake at 7 but it's usually 10-12

The thread title makes me think of 1000 Miles. "When I wake up. Well, I know I'm gonna be, I'm gonna be the man who wakes up next to you."

Right now it's midnight and I'm pretty sleepy, but I wanted some goof off time. During the week I wake up at 0430 and try to be in bed between 2130 and 2200. Also I use military time when I type now so shut up.

Since it's the weekend I usually go to sleep anytime between 8pm and 1 am but I'm generally up by 0700. I like to get up early and get going but the older I get the harder time I have getting started in the morning.

In my perfect world I would be able to subsist healthily on 4 hours of sleep or less. SO much time for activities.

I like to sleep in. A lot. But sometimes I get up early.

I can't be the only one who saw the Hole reference...

I generally wake up early-ish on weekdays. I set my alarm for 8am but I usually wake up naturally between 7 and 7.30, take my lad to school and then go to work. I generally go to bed at 10pm.

The exception is on Saturdays when I wake up at 5.30am as I start work at 7. Not today though as I'm off sick, admittedly it was nice to sleep in on a Saturday.

I sleep way too much.Even if I manage to go to bed at like 1 or 2 a.m., I can make myself sleep until until 1 or 2 p.m. I just can never find a good balance. And I'm always always really tired. I think there's something wrong w me.

From M-F I wake @ 5:30-5:50 & go to sleep between 11-Midnight.

On the weekends I wake up after 10 & go to sleep around 3.
