PlayStation network issues

Recently I was a victim of the fifa hacker. I have tried calling PlayStation support, and have been disconnected 4 times. My question is kind of simple, if I create a new aunt and everything would I keep all my dlc and trophies....kinda don't think so.

Yeah I doubt it. Try their online text chat support or send an email if you can't reach them.

They don't have email:( they say they "want to help with your experience with a live person".
