So I've had a crappy day and feel like slamming my face into some toast or something repeatedly. But after work I bought nine pot noodles, five bags of doritos and various dips, assorted sweets, tropical fruit juices etc. Now have turned my phone off so no one makes me go out.

What do you do when you've had a bad day, or just in general to treat yourself, something you wouldn't usually do?

I just hope none of you go and murder people, or spin cats.

Nah , when I'm having a bad day, I drink it up. Or order in food and eat in bed while reading a book. Or sleep.
