In what order should I play them? Any advice?

I haven't played this particular compilation, but you should play I first, then Chain of Memories. 358/2 Days you should leave for until after you've beaten II. Also, I have not seen this theater version of it, but I know the original DS game is really good so I would always advise you to play sonething instead of watching, but if you prefer it this way, then that's okay too ;)

KH1 and then Chain of Memories. 358/2 Days does have some spoilers for KHII... but I think it would also kind of make the beginning of II more satisfying. It's hard for me to say.

Honestly, it would be better to play 358/2 Days on DS rather than watch the movie I think. Some moments just aren't as good since all you get are cutscenes in the theater mode. That being said, watching the 358/2 Days "movie" on the HD collection isn't bad either.

I've already finished KHII

I'm wondering if I really want to play the DS version. I have enough games on my plate really :-/ How worth it is it?

Play them in the order they're listed on the menu screen. They're pretty much sequential from one another. :)

If you just want the story, just watching the cinematics is probably enough. That cuts the 20 hours or however long 358/2 days was down to about 3 hours I think? I just don't think some of the moments had as much impact without actually playing them.
