What was your favorite moment in this game.

Mine was When Josef died :( It was such a sad and touching moment and I think they did a really good job with it

I think fighting the Behemoth is one of my favorite scenes in the game, I also like when the Emperor comes back as the King of Hell.

When I went to one town and talked to a knight thinking he was going to be all buddy, buddy, and then he killed me.

When Leon joins the party. I like how there is clearly animosity between him and the main three cast members, but they know it's best to put all that to the side for the greater good.

If you are playing the GBA version (or any other than the original) it's easy to get overpowered once you get the ball rolling. I basically only tinkered with this game until the GBA version was released and then I ended up plowing through it in about a week.

Not sure about it being my favourite bit but I think this is quite cool but doesn't warrant it's own thread so i'll put it in here-

When rescuing Hilda from the Coliseum you can get into a random battle with some plant monster thing near where you save her. I think the bit where you have to save Garnet from a plant monster in the evil forest at the start of 9 must be a reference to this, and Bahumut's bones do I love 9 the best. Just noticed it there and thought it was quite good.

Anyone else ever pick up on this??

To be honest, nothing really stands out about this game for me (other than it being the first one with defined characters) so I'm going to say when I beat the sucka as well :p
