Mine is totally Tiamat. I love dragons and that boss is just badass. His NES sprite looks kind of funky, but the damage he dealt my party as a kid showed me he was not in the mood to play around.

Tiamat was my favorite as well. I never knew what to make of Marilith or Lich as a kid, and Kraken was just disappointing, but Tiamat was an awesome dragon! With multiple heads! On a space station! That's pretty hard to top.

It's a toss up betwixt Marilith aka Kary aka The Great Khali & Lich. Both of them have the best designs & are an interesting challenge.

I kind of agree that "Release the" Kraken was a disappointment. I wish he could've done more. His design was ok, but they could've done better.
