Has it really been 25 years since we say Michael Keaton show up as the best fucking Batman ever, or Jack Nicholson create one of the most iconic versions of the Joker until the Animated Series and The Dark Knight would finally step up? Let's talk about this awesome movie folks!

I remember playing that version of Batman on the SNES. Also the film was apparently made in 1992, so it wouldn't be 25 years old, maths.

This was the second movie I ever saw in the theater. I really thought it was cool as a...7...year old...

Jesus.

One of my all time favorites. I must've watched it dozens of times as a kid and I still think it holds up well today whenever I go back to it.

Got this movie on VHS for Christmas when I was 5. Still one of my all-time favorite. The dark atmosphere is perfect, not as suffocating as in Returns but not as kooky as Forever (which, by the way, is still an awesome film). Nicholson's joker is legendary, and it's not really fair to compare his performance with Ledger's...totally different planes of existence. Keaton's Batman is adequate and well-acted, which is more than can be said for most others, making him the best by default. (I've tried, and I've had this conversation with friends...I can't think of a single actor who would make "the perfect Batman".)

When I think of this movie, the first thing I picture is the classic look of the VHS tape. Simply had the logo on the front.

Are we talking about Batman Returns or was there another he directed? I know Returns was definitely in the 90s.

Batman. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Batman_(1989_film))

Which, as you may have gathered now, was the reason the next movie was called Batman Returns (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Batman_Returns).
