How adventurous are you when it comes to trying new things?

Do you dive right in no matter what it is, or do you hear what it is you're being served and flat out refuse?

I used to be a somewhat picky eater (I went though an anti-cheese phase for years), but turned into more adventurous when I moved to Phoenix- where I really fell in love with Mexican food. I got bolder after I moved back to Nashville.. I really liked tacos de tripa, de estómago, y corazón (sorry, tripa does not exactly mean tripe, though it comes from the same area. estómago is stomach, and of course, corazón is the heart), and Peruvian style grilled stomach.

Now? I won't eat any of it. It's weird.

I have ventured into Filipino food.. The tuna belly I had at this one place was amazing.. But it still makes me nervous.

I really want to get rid of that whole "I won't try it cuz it doesn't sound appetizing to me" attitude, though
