Anyone else enjoy these? For those wondering, they are basically like internet urban legends. I just discovered them recently and I like reading them, cause well I love creepy silly crap like this.

Ben Drowned (http://creepypasta.wikia.com/wiki/Ben_Drowned) is probably my favorite.

I absolutely love them, yeah. I tried writing my own pasta-ish weird story which you can see in Timber Maniacs if you care to! My absolute favourite is The Rake. Do you also know of the joy that is the SCP foundation?

I like a small handful of video game related ones, but they have to be done really well and they have to be believable (or almost believable). I don't do this supernatural ~ghost~ stuff. But I like hearing about "Pokemon: Black Edition", Kill Switch, the Morrowind mod creepypasta, and other stuff that could have almost actually happened.

Nope, the only reason I even know what it is is because of that stabbing where the culprits said they did it 'to appease slender man'. Of course I am not a horror fan so that could easily be why I had never heard of it before then.

Never heard of the term before! Interesting.

Read that Ben Drowned one. That's pretty creepy.

I like Pokemon Black and that one was at least realistic, but there's now more Creepypasta about Pokemon (http://creepypasta.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Pok%C3%A9Mon) than there are Pokemon. (No games were released after Yellow fyi) And a lot of it follows the same formula, yes I used to love Pokemon as a kid, oh I was so happy to find an old cart but it looked different and someone had drawn on it. I booted it up, eager to play, but I went to Lavender Town and there was Lavender Town music and then I fought something using the ghost sprite but couldn't do anything and my Pokemon literally died. And it's like, come on xD

Oh for sure, that's why I only named three examples. Because those are like the only good ones. xD

Some of the SCP stuff is genuinely brilliant. SCP-093 gave me the heebie-jeebies for days.

Evil ! Otto is a good one, since it's not created fiction, it actually happened, it's actually real.

It began with 19-year-old Jeff Dailey, who died suddenly of a heart attack in January just minutes after posting a score of 16,660 points (how devilish) in the innocent-seeming game. Less than ten months later, the same fate befell 18-year old Peter Burkowski. His only crime was achieving two high scores in fifteen minutes.
Some blame Evil Otto, the game's smiling, devious antagonist, but in reality it's unclear exactly what’s the cause of the Berzerk-related deaths. Maybe it's just a coincidence, but we don't really believe that for a second.

That one about the guy looking for buried money (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g-SL4ejpP94")

On a side note "WHO WAS PHONE" and "No John you are the Demons" are a good chuckle

I read two tonight that were okay, but they weren't as good as they hype my friends tried to build up for them. The Story of Her Holding an Orange and My Dead Girlfriend Keeps Messaging Me On Facebook were the two stories. I just wish I could find stories that actually scared me.

Why is it called "Creepypasta" anyway. Why name scary stories after Italian food?
