Characters that I think smoke da herb:

Squall. Angsty teen. Gets high and plays some metal or cries or something.

Barrett and Sazh. I'm not gonna say it. You're not gonna say it. But we both know why.

I heard Seifer, Raijin and Fujin take confiscated kush they got while doing their disciplinary committee duties and hide out in the Parking Lot and smoke it. Above the law. smh.

Vivi. Yep. I know it's surprising. Sometimes those massive yellow eyes of his have a kinda reddish glow to them iykwim

Auron. He was a warrior monk right? Guess what monks do all day? That's right. They get faded and think about stuff.

I think a lot of the students @ Balamb Garden are tokers. The only ones I imagine who don't partake there are Quinstis, the guys in the funny flat hats & Selphie.

Zell is a speed addict. Probably on a strict diet o diet pills. He doesn't lose weight because he's on a high protein diet as well. GOTTA BURN THE FAT! FEEL THE RUSH, MAN!

Wakka's a recreational Herbist. Rikku, who has alchemist skills, is probably a dealer. You know Brother & Buddy are into it.

There are a lot of boozers in the FF series. Most notably Jecht, Auron (chug-a-jug), & Shadow (Ya know wha, ol' man, smurf you! I'm not yer grandfather's daughter... er... granddaughter's father...).
