Languages for Ipod

I am trying to get back in to my Spanish learning and also walking more, so I wanted to know if there are any useful (and hopefully inexpensive) language lessons I can download and put on my Ipod for when I go on a walk. Anybody know anything like this?

And yes I have Googled and I think I found a good podcast thingy, but it would be great to see what others use or if they have any suggestions :monster:
