The Missile Base Mission

So who do you bring with you on the Missile base mission? I usually do Selphie, Quistis and Irvine though I do like the extra dialogue you get if you send Rinoa.

About the same as you. I usually have at least one person from Balamb return with me to Balmb. I like the cut-scene you get when Rinoa is at Garden with you.

Usually I tend to send Irvine and Quistis with Selphie. But on my current playthrough I decided to go nuts and change it to Selphie, Zell, and Quistis :eek:. I know, i'm pretty wild like that.

On my latest playthrough I had Quistis and Rinoa with Squall, so Zell, Selphie and Irvine for the missile base.

I take Irvine and Rinoa because I want the people who grew up in the Garden to save the Garden.

I've done: Selphie, Irvine and Quistis numerous times and also Selphie, Irvine and Zell.

I've never put Rinoa in the missile base mission because I like getting her cutscene at Balamb garden and also the mini date she has with Squall is hilarious in a lame sorta way:

I have a soft spot for having Quistis and Rinoa in my party at all times so I usually send the "rest of the crap." I've tried to like the other characters through successive playthroughs but always go back to Quistis and Rinoa.

I usually send Irvine and Zell, because well...Selphie is so tiny. No, but seriously, I feel that Quistis would need to be present at the Garden during the chaos. I even enjoy the look Squall gives her when Cid tells him they've been concerned about the way he handles his feelings. Though, occasionally, I'll send Quistis to make that team Selphie, Irvine, and Quistis...because their attires complement one another so well. Yes, that's very shallow, I know...:(

I took Rinoa cause I always thoght Squall likes her a lot and Irvine cause I just got him and wanted to see him in action

In fact, MissH has just finished this part and did exactly the same thing. She didn't want to split up Squall and Rinoa.
